If you have all the files copied off the setup disc I use Nero as well but I have nero 7 and 10 so is a bit outdated to yours. The size I have given is for the entire setup disc and includes the auto run text so you shouldn't need to add anything to make it a bootable disc. This was the minimum processor required to run the early versions of Windows, The "i" in the name stands for Intel, and the 386 refers to the 80386 model of processor. The i386 folder got its name from the processor type Windows was originally designed for. Is the i386 folder in a professional installation disk different then an i386 folder in a Home ed? Not to my knowledge it depends on what service pack is installed as it contains all the updates for your XP version it contains a copy of all the installation files for Microsoft Windows. The entire setup disc part I'd say is only for xp prof not XP home that is wy you could use an XP Home Disc on your system from another computer but insert your COA. Hi beemmer that was my xp professional x 32 setup disc.
